Centered around a new partnership between Capital One and José Andrés featuring unique dining experiences within Capital One's airport lounge offerings, specifically at "Capital One Landing."
Designed in collaboration with the José Andrés Group, bringing the renowned chef's culinary expertise to airport dining.
A prominent example is the Capital One Landing at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Build it.
Capital One uses a blend of marketing channels, with social media being a key component. While information about Capital One Landing needed to be dispersed across various platforms, rather than in a single, isolated campaign, my focus was the leverage of Capital One’s Instagram platform.
This would allow travel and lifestyle influencers who often feature airport lounge experiences in their content to repost. It would also allow allows Capital One to interact with customers, answer questions, and respond to feedback about their lounge offerings through comments.

I used the visual appeal of Instagram to display the very appealing aesthetics and food that the Capital One landing locations offer.
User Engagement:
Content Goal: Ensure the visuals of Capital One Landing effectively spread awareness to their followers as well as the followers of influencers who reposted and shared the content.
Success: Capital One Landing has been successful in: Enhancing customer satisfaction. Strengthening brand image, and Adding value to premium card offerings. Capital One is aiming to elevate the airport lounge experience, and social media (Instagram) artifacts have been a component of that strategy.
